Overview
e-Insure Taiwan, trading as eINSURE (also known as Yi An Wang), is an online insurance brokerage serving consumers in Taiwan, connecting them to more than 20 insurance carriers through a self-service comparison and purchase platform.
Launched in 2002 as Taiwan's first professional online insurance broker, the platform sells personal auto, motorcycle, travel, pet, personal accident, and home/fire coverage alongside term life and annuity products, with enrollment available online around the clock and no in-person agent required. e-Insure holds separate life and property insurance broker licenses from Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission (license numbers LBL000524-001 and LBP000713-001) and is expanding from its consumer business into corporate and enterprise insurance.
e-Insure joined the PChome Group in 2021 and raised a Series A round in 2023 from FamilyMart and Acer Group's He Ding Ventures, at a post-money valuation above NT$200 million. It reports more than 300,000 online customers and holds ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 certifications for information security and data protection.
