Dundas Life is a digital life insurance brokerage serving individual and family buyers in Canada. Founded in 2020 by Gregory Rozdeba, Martin Ochwat, and Steven Sinclair, the company built an online-first alternative to the paperwork-heavy, high-pressure sales process typical of buying life insurance in Canada.
The platform lets consumers compare term life, whole life, no-medical-exam life, critical illness, and disability insurance quotes across 12+ major Canadian carriers, including Manulife, Canada Life, Sun Life, RBC Insurance, Empire Life, and iA Group. Customers can complete an application entirely online or work with a licensed advisor, combining self-serve digital tools with human support rather than operating as a pure robo-advisor. Dundas Life also offers group benefits, including Group RRSP and Health Spending Account options, for small and mid-size employers.
Dundas Life is licensed in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia (FSRA #37628M) and reports having quoted more than CAD 5 billion in coverage and helped over 1,200 Canadian families get covered. The company has a co-op partnership with the University of Waterloo to recruit engineering and product talent.
