CodeBlue
Managed repair experience platform connecting carriers, contractors, and policyholders for end-to-end property claims resolution.
Overview
CodeBlue, now operating as Accuserve, is a managed repair experience (MRX) platform that unifies property claims management, restoration services, and contractor network operations for insurance carriers. The company serves as an integrated partner across the property claims ecosystem -- connecting property owners, contractors, and carriers through technology-enabled workflows.
Accuserve was formed in January 2023 through the consolidation of three specialized companies: AccuWin (interior claims management), CodeBlue (property claims technology and water mitigation), and MADSKY (exterior/roofing). This unification, backed by private equity firm Aquiline Capital Partners, created a comprehensive managed repair platform covering interior and exterior property restoration nationwide. In April 2024, Flexpoint Ford provided additional growth capital.
The platform operates three national command centers providing 24/7/365 policyholder support and handles millions of calls annually. Three of the top ten US insurance carriers are among its adopters.
