Overview

Cider is an agency-management CRM platform for insurance agencies and intermediaries in Colombia and Latin America. Built on the Zoho CRM foundation as a Zoho Authorized Partner, the platform replaces generic horizontal CRM software with workflows and terminology specific to insurance intermediation.

The platform gives agencies a single dashboard for client and policy relationships across multiple insurers, tracks commissions and receivables owed by carriers, and logs client contact across WhatsApp, email, and social media in one place. Additional modules cover claims-triggered workflow automation, a mobile app for task management and client contact, cross-sell analytics and reporting, an automated multi-line quoting integration ("AutoMotor") for auto, home, and life, and a workflow set for Colombia's ARL (occupational risk) insurance line.

Cider has received formal recognition from MinCiencias, Colombia's Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, for a digital-transformation project applying robotic process automation and AI to insurance-agency customer experience. Publicly named customers include A&S Seguros, Seguros e Inversiones, and WMB Asociados; no external funding rounds or investors were found.
