CHARLEE.AI is an AI-powered claims intelligence platform purpose-built for the property and casualty insurance industry. Founded in 2016 by Sri Ramaswamy and John Standish (formerly known as Infinilytics Inc.), the company applies natural language processing and machine learning to analyze unstructured claims data -- including adjuster notes, medical records, and legal documents -- to predict litigation risk, severity, adverse outcomes, and fraud patterns before they escalate.
The platform is pre-trained on a proprietary dataset of over 55-60 million historical insurance claims, giving carriers out-of-the-box predictive accuracy without requiring extensive client-side model training. CHARLEE.AI enables P&C carriers to intervene earlier in the claims lifecycle, improve reserve accuracy, reduce litigation costs, and identify patterns that traditional structured data analysis would miss.
