Overview
Brokercloud is a SaaS broker management platform for insurance brokers in Belgium and Luxembourg. Founded in 2018 in Antwerp, the company develops a browser-based alternative to traditional Broker Management Systems (BMS), positioned as an integrated digital ecosystem that connects brokers with applications, insurers, and data workflows.
The platform delivers a unified workspace combining policy and customer administration, communication tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephony), task and workflow management, and a customer-facing portal. Key differentiators include open API integrations with insurer data systems, Office 365 connectivity, and configurable workflow automation. The product is offered as a per-user SaaS subscription at EUR 65/user/month.
As of 2021, more than 100 broker offices and 1,500 active users had adopted the platform. Brokercloud raised approximately EUR 1.935M in total seed funding across multiple rounds from 2019 to 2021, with Saffelberg Investments leading the most recent EUR 1.435M round in February 2021.
