Broker Buddha is a digital client engagement platform designed for insurance agencies that transforms the commercial insurance application and renewal process into a fast, customer-friendly online experience. The platform eliminates the monotonous administrative work of processing insurance applications by converting static PDFs into interactive smart forms that clients can complete and sign online.

Often described as "TurboTax for commercial insurance," Broker Buddha replaces emails, paper, PDFs, spreadsheets, printers, and scanners with a single branded online experience. The platform identifies common questions across applications so clients only need to answer each question once, and pre-fills renewals with prior-year data so customers simply update their information.

Founded in 2017 as part of the Interplay venture foundry, Broker Buddha grew from the technology that powered the Founder Shield insurance brokerage. The company was acquired by Acturis Group in August 2023, marking the London-based insurance software provider's entry into the US market.
