Bevaya is an AI agent platform purpose-built for insurance, serving P&C carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). Launched in May 2026 as the successor brand to Roots Automation, the platform enables organizations to design, deploy, and govern agentic AI workflows across underwriting, claims, and policy servicing operations.
The platform is powered by InsurGPT, an ensemble of specialized AI models trained on more than 300 million proprietary insurance documents. It delivers pre-built agents for core insurance workflows alongside a visual workflow builder, multimodal document processing, and enterprise governance controls including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, and immutable audit logs. Deployments integrate natively with Guidewire ClaimCenter, Salesforce Industries, and Duck Creek Claims.
Founded in 2018 by two former AIG executives, the company raised a USD 22.2M Series B in September 2024 led by Harbert Growth Partners. As of that funding round, Bevaya reported 35 named customers including 3 of the Top 5 P&C carriers, 3 of the Top 10 brokers, and 3 of the Top 20 TPAs, and had achieved 100% year-over-year revenue growth in 2024 -- its fourth consecutive year of triple-digit revenue growth.
