Overview

BeneOffice is a distribution and sales platform purpose-built for Canadian employee benefits insurance brokers. The company serves brokers of all sizes -- small, medium, and large -- who sell, service, and renew Employee Benefits and Group Retirement/Pension programs for employer clients across Canada.

The platform is delivered as a cloud-hosted SaaS suite with per-user subscription pricing. Core modules cover client acquisition and workflow management, group RFP and proposal generation for both benefits and retirement products, renewal analysis, commission tracking, and back-office brokerage operations. Data is hosted in Canada for regulatory compliance and data sovereignty.

BeneOffice was co-founded in 2017 by Charles Bedard, who brings over 30 years of experience in employee benefits, underwriting, and plan design, and Graham Clifford, VP of InsurTech Software. The company operates exclusively in the Canadian market and has been featured in the InsurTech Spotlight series on Insurance-Canada.ca.
