As a third-party administrator, Axxion manages the full motor claims lifecycle on behalf of insurer clients -- from first notification of loss through repair coordination, cost recovery, and final settlement.

The platform combines senior claims professionals with proprietary AI that handles routine processing tasks while directing human expertise toward judgment-intensive decisions. A four-gate quality control framework and standardized pricing across a network of authorized workshops address two structural cost drivers in UAE motor claims: inconsistent repair pricing and leakage at process handoff points.

Axxion launched in Dubai in April 2026 as part of World Automotive Group, a Middle East automotive services group with over 30 years of regional experience reporting approximately AED 2.4 billion in annual revenue. Several UAE motor insurers have signed on since launch, with additional pilots under way.
