Amino Health
Healthcare navigation platform connecting health plan members to affordable, high-quality care
Overview
Amino Health is a healthcare navigation solutions provider for health insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). Founded in 2013 in San Francisco, the company built a digital platform enabling plan members to find affordable, high-quality in-network care -- combining provider search with cost estimates for 100+ common procedures, appointment booking, and prescription savings tools.
In June 2025, Amino Health was acquired by Capital Rx, a New York-based pharmacy benefit management company, and rebranded as Judi Care. Capital Rx subsequently raised USD 400M in new funding in September 2025 and rebranded as Judi Health to reflect its expansion beyond pharmacy into full-service health benefit administration. Amino Health's care navigation technology now operates as Judi Care -- one of three integrated platforms under the Judi Health umbrella, alongside a PBM and a unified claims administration platform.
The combined Judi Health platform serves 13 Fortune 500 corporations, 21 leading hospital groups and health systems, over 5 million contracted employer PBM lives, and 54+ million health plan lives. Amino Health's original navigation technology powers Judi Care, offering plan members a Benefits Hub, provider cost and quality data across 200+ specialties, real-time appointment booking, and prescription drug routing with claims history integration.
