The computer vision component classifies over 80 car part types, covering approximately 95% of standard claims scenarios, and is built on a training dataset of more than 2 million annotated images.

AICycle serves multiple carriers in Vietnam and targets international expansion. The claims processing tool reduces reliance on manual damage appraisers and, according to the company, can accelerate claims resolution by up to five times compared to traditional assessment methods.
