In March 2026, Slope Software was acquired by Akur8 and integrated into the Akur8 platform as "Akur8 Life," extending Akur8's actuarial AI capabilities into the life and annuity market. Prior to the acquisition, Slope Software raised USD 3.12M across seed rounds led by Cofounders Capital and Tech Square Ventures, with backing from Charlotte Angel Fund, Alerion Ventures, and MetLife Digital Accelerator.
