Founded in Milan in 1987, RGI was acquired by CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII in March 2022 in a transaction valued at approximately EUR 500M. In July 2026, KAPIA-RGI expanded its footprint through the acquisition of Cegid Assurex Solutions.
