RGI Group is a core administration software provider for P&C, Life, and Claims operations, serving insurance carriers and insurers across Europe. Founded in 1987 in Ivrea, Italy, and now headquartered in Milan, the company has built a pan-European presence operating under three brands: RGI (Italy and international), Kapia-RGI (France and French-speaking markets), and Novum-RGI (the DACH region).

The company's flagship platform, PASS Insurance, is a modular enterprise system covering the full policy lifecycle -- policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims, and omnichannel distribution. In February 2026, Generali selected PASS Insurance to power its multi-country "Insurance in a Box" initiative across Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia.

RGI employs approximately 1,300 professionals and serves 130+ insurers across 345 installations in more than 13 countries. The company has invested EUR 40 million in R&D and its platforms collectively manage billions in Gross Written Premiums. CVC Capital Partners acquired the company from Corsair Capital in March 2022 in a transaction valued at approximately EUR 500 million.
