Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Warsaw, the company delivers software platforms, transfer agent services, and operational support to over 200 institutional clients across the financial services sector.

The company offers SaaS and managed service solutions spanning policy administration, fund accounting, AML compliance, claims handling, and digital identity verification. Innova Capital acquired a majority stake in ProService Finteco in March 2025, having previously been backed by Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Investment Management. The company administers 3,800 funds and subfunds, processes approximately 38.5 million transactions annually, and counts major European financial institutions among its clients, including PKO BP, ING, Santander, Aviva, and Allianz.
