Overview

Netaspect is a policy administration and claims management software provider for insurance carriers and brokers in the Netherlands. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Breda, the company develops cloud-based tools that connect front-office customer channels to back-office processing workflows for property and casualty and specialty insurers.

The company builds and maintains Certigo, a modular cloud-native policy administration platform. Certigo covers policy issuance, claims processing, and financial operations through three integrated modules. Its open API architecture supports third-party system integrations and is designed to avoid vendor lock-in. Netaspect is one of the first Microsoft Gold Partners in the insurance sector, reflecting a long-standing focus on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

In operation for nearly 30 years as a privately held, bootstrapped company, Netaspect serves a focused set of Dutch insurers and brokers, including DUPI, Turien & Co., and de Vereende. In April 2025, the company established a strategic reseller partnership with WoodWing Xtendis to extend Certigo with document and information management capabilities.
