Lidix
Digital platform for life insurance succession management and beneficiary administration
Overview
Lidix is a core administration platform for life insurance succession and beneficiary management, serving financial institutions and insurance companies in France and the broader EMEA region. The company was founded in 2017 in Puteaux, France by Annabelle Delestre (CEO) and Mickael Villers (CTO) to digitize the complex workflows involved in managing life insurance transmission and beneficiary processes.
The platform delivers succession management capabilities through a SaaS model, combining AI-driven guided journeys with electronic signature integration. Financial institutions use it to receive, process, and manage beneficiary files, replacing paper-based workflows with digital processes. The system integrates with enterprise backend systems through an API layer and is built to meet French and EU compliance requirements including GDPR and ANSSI cybersecurity standards.
Lidix was incubated at Swave (Paris&Co's finance and insurance program) starting in 2019 and holds labels from Finance Innovation and France FinTech (2021). The company participates in BpiFrance's INNOV'up innovation grant program, is a member of Insurtech France, and is included in CBInsights Insurtech Expert Collections.
