Overview

Insurance Manager is a cloud-based broker management platform built specifically for independent insurance brokers in Austria. The platform centralises customer data, contracts, and claims handling within a single system of record, enabling brokers to operate without dedicated on-site server infrastructure.

The platform delivers three core modules: a broker management system (customer and contract data, claims tracking), a customer-facing portal (Kunden Portal) where policyholders can view contracts and documents online, and a mobile application for access from smartphones and tablets. All modules run on cloud infrastructure and are accessible from any device via a standard web browser. Pricing is modular, starting at EUR 65/month for the base package, with optional add-ons for additional features including the customer portal.

Insurance Manager was developed in collaboration with insurance brokers over more than a decade and serves the independent broker segment of the Austrian market. The product is bootstrapped with a small team and targets small to mid-sized brokerage operations.
