The platform is delivered as a multi-tenant cloud service, removing the need for customers to manage on-premise servers, backups, or hosting. Core capabilities include policy management, automated SMS and email renewal reminders, a customer self-service portal, and streamlined claims processing with overdue alerts. The system supports white-labeling so brokers can brand it as their own.
Insurance Cloud serves over 25 brokers and agencies in East Africa, including MTN Insurance, Clarkson Insurance Brokers, Modern Insurance Brokers, and HF Insurance. The company operates on a subscription basis and is self-funded.
