Overview

Infoelsa is a core insurance administration software provider founded in 1989, serving carriers, mutuals, and insurance operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The company develops enterprise resource planning software covering life, property & casualty, and health insurance management, with clients including major carriers operating in France, the Gulf region, and North Africa.

The company offers a suite of insurance management systems -- Ciriselsa IARD for property & casualty, Ciriselsa Vie for life insurance, and Ciriselsa Sante for health and provident insurance -- alongside a complementary health platform called Protect. All products support multi-currency and multi-country regulatory environments, with deployment options including cloud and on-premise installations. API connectivity is a core architectural requirement for the platform.

Infoelsa was acquired by DL Software in July 2020 and now operates as part of the Orisha Group, a European software publisher with over 1,300 employees and annual revenue exceeding EUR 200 million. Within Orisha, Infoelsa merged with CIM (Compagnie d'Informatique Mutualist) to form Orisha Insurance, a center of excellence for insurance software. Orisha Group is backed by TA Associates (majority shareholder since 2021) and Francisco Partners.
