Ignatica is a cloud-based policy administration and API platform for insurers and brokers across the Asia-Pacific region. The platform supports the full policy lifecycle -- from product definition and customer onboarding through to ongoing policy administration and claims reporting -- across more than 30 types of life, P&C, individual, and group insurance products.

The platform is delivered as a SaaS and API-first solution, allowing insurance companies to define and launch new products quickly while automating administrative processes. It connects to partner systems via RESTful APIs and has established integrations with DouBao Digital Cloud and EasiTech for mobile-first customer acquisition and management in the APAC market.

Founded in 2018 by insurance industry veterans with backgrounds at Manulife, Willis Towers Watson, and AXA, the company raised USD 7M in a Pre-Series A round in 2021 led by Lingfeng Capital. The platform collectively supports more than 30 million insurance customers and represents USD 10 billion in new annual gross written premium (GWP) across its partnership network.
