Overview

Energosoft Insure is a core administration platform for insurance carriers operating in Central and Southeast Europe. The platform covers the complete insurance business lifecycle, including product development, policy administration, sales, claims processing, reinsurance tracking, actuarial calculations, and financial reporting. The company operates as a division of Energosoft ITSS DOO, a Belgrade-based IT services firm established in 1992. The Insure division was formally launched in 2015 to serve the insurance sector specifically.

InsureQ, the flagship product suite, is delivered as an integrated enterprise solution supporting both traditional insurance workflows and digital channels via web and mobile sales modules. The platform integrates with major enterprise systems including SAP ERP and Pantheon workflow tools, and supports multiple relational databases including Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. REST API interfaces are available for B2B system integration.

Energosoft Insure serves a regional customer base of carriers in the former Yugoslavia and broader Central European insurance market. Notable deployments include a multi-year digital core transformation program for Wiener osiguranje (part of Vienna Insurance Group), completed in early 2026. The parent company reported total revenues of approximately USD 7.5M and net profit of USD 2.1M in 2024, and carries an A+ credit rating.
