Overview
Eigen Technologies is an intelligent document processing (IDP) platform for financial services, insurance, and professional services organizations. The platform uses natural language processing to extract structured data from unstructured documents such as insurance policies, slips, submissions, endorsements, and financial contracts.
The platform operates on a no-code configuration model, enabling business users to deploy document extraction workflows without developer involvement. It delivers data in structured formats compatible with downstream systems and supports high-volume batch processing alongside real-time extraction. In June 2024, Eigen Technologies was acquired by Sirion, a contract lifecycle management platform, and its capabilities are now integrated into the Sirion enterprise offering.
Eigen serves some of the world's largest financial institutions and insurers, including nearly half of all global systemically important banks (G-SIBs). Named customers include Goldman Sachs, ING, BlackRock, Swiss Re, and Aviva.
