Overview

ebroker is a broker management system and SaaS ERP platform designed for insurance brokers and mediation companies in Spain and Latin America. The company provides an integrated suite covering policy management, claims processing, client relationship management, accounting, regulatory compliance, and insurer connectivity for independent brokerage firms.

The platform is delivered as a cloud-hosted SaaS solution built on a distributed microservices architecture with a REST API layer for insurer integrations. Its Merlin multi-tariff engine connects brokers to more than 25 insurance carriers, enabling automated quote comparison and contracting workflows. The broader ERP includes business intelligence dashboards, workflow automation, electronic signatures, and mobile applications for both brokers and their clients.

Formally incorporated as ebroker Insurance Technologies S.A. in January 2024 after operating for over two decades under the E2K cooperative, the company serves more than 700 insurance mediation firms across Spain. In 2025 ebroker received the Premio Impulso TIC in the Organization category, recognizing its role in digitalizing the Spanish insurance mediation sector.
