Overview

EagleEye Analytics was a Columbia, South Carolina-based provider of SaaS predictive analytics solutions purpose-built for Property/Casualty insurers. Founded in 2007 by actuaries and data scientists with insurance industry backgrounds, EagleEye built machine learning software that analyzed carrier data to provide real-time scoring across the full insurance lifecycle -- underwriting, claims, sales, marketing, and distribution.

The company's flagship platform, the Talon system, delivered predictive scoring integrated directly into carrier policy and claims management workflows. Products were deployed as SaaS and supported integration with existing P/C carrier systems through a real-time scoring service API. EagleEye served both large enterprise carriers and mid-market P/C insurers across multiple lines including auto, liability, and workers compensation.

EagleEye Analytics was acquired by Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) in March 2016. Prior to acquisition, the company had grown to over 200 client engagements across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Australia -- including three of the top 10 U.S. P/C carriers. Following the acquisition, EagleEye products were rebranded as Guidewire Predictive Analytics and integrated into Guidewire's Data and Analytics product family.
