Overview

Comodif is a connected vehicle telematics and data analytics platform serving insurers, automotive OEMs, fleet operators, and shared mobility providers. The company processes vehicle data and converts it into cloud-based services, with a primary focus on usage-based insurance (UBI) and driver scoring for P&C carriers. Founded in 2014 within the Farplas Automotive incubation programme and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, Comodif completed its spin-off as an independent entity in July 2022.

The platform ingests data from vehicle hardware and OBD devices, processes over 65,000 data points per second, and serves more than 78,000 connected vehicles across its customer base. Core offerings include the MobiHub fleet and insurance platform, DeliHub for last-mile delivery logistics, and UBI data services for premium calculation and risk segmentation. The platform supports traditional internal combustion engine vehicles, electric vehicles, and last-mile delivery fleets.

Comodif raised seed funding at a USD 7M valuation from Arz Portfolio in April 2024. The company has processed over 900 million driving kilometres and reports 99.8% platform uptime. Key automotive partners include Fiat and Renault, and telecommunications partner Turkcell provides network connectivity. Comodif was accepted into the Endeavor Global Scale Up Program in 2024 -- one of 10 startups selected globally.
