Overview

Cleva Solutions is a core insurance software provider serving European carriers and brokers across the life, health, and P&C segments. The company offers modular, AI-integrated platforms that cover the full insurance lifecycle -- from underwriting and policy distribution through claims processing and customer servicing. Headquartered in Paris, Cleva also operates offices in Lyon, Nantes, Lisbon, and Porto.

The product portfolio combines three AI tool lines -- ClevAI IDP for document processing, ClevAI Agentic for multi-step workflow automation, and ClevAI Studio for business-driven configuration -- with dedicated line-of-business systems for life, health/prevention, property and casualty, pensions, and asset management. The platform uses an open architecture with API-based integration, designed to connect with existing carrier and broker infrastructure rather than replace it wholesale.

Originally part of Inetum Group, Cleva was acquired by AnaCap Capital in July 2024 as a standalone insurance software business. The company serves more than 60 carriers and brokers across Europe, including CNP, Generali Tranquilidade, SwissLife Sante & Prevoyance, and April. In June 2026, Cleva earned the Celent P&C Claims Luminary distinction for EMEA, recognizing the platform's claims management capabilities.
