The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Woerden, Netherlands, operating under Roundcube Holding with private equity backing from Avedon Capital Partners since 2014.

The company delivers a modular Digital Insurance Platform comprising three integrated layers: a front-office digital channels suite, a mid-office integration and orchestration platform (Roundcube), and a back-office policy administration system (LEVEL). The platform supports policy management, claims handling, product configuration, and customer-facing self-service.
