Overview

Brokernet Software is a core insurance administration platform provider for carriers and brokers in Central and Eastern Europe. The company builds web-based software covering the full insurance lifecycle -- from underwriting and policy issuance to claims management, billing, and business intelligence -- for both life and non-life lines. Its products are deployed across Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.

The company offers two main platforms: Sh@rpAsig, a full-cycle system for insurance carriers, and [email protected], a brokerage management and e-issuance solution that connects brokers to insurer web services. Both are delivered as on-premises or dedicated installations with web-based interfaces, integrating with carrier systems and enterprise platforms from Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP.

Founded in 2011 and self-funded, Brokernet has accumulated 10 carrier deployments and more than 40 brokerage deployments. The platforms collectively process more than 20,000 policies per day, have issued over 40 million policies in total, and facilitated EUR 500M+ in gross written premiums across its customer base in 2023.
