Tillit Forsikring

Tillit Forsikring AS is a Norwegian insurance brokerage that designs embedded warranty, shipping, and all-risk insurance for consumers buying and selling second-hand goods on Nordic online marketplaces.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Oslo, Tillit holds an insurance agent/intermediary licence rather than underwriting authority. Products it distributes are underwritten by Eir Försäkring AB, a Swedish carrier that also underwrites for several other, unrelated Nordic intermediaries. Tillit's products are built into the checkout flow of online marketplaces rather than sold through a standalone quote site. Marketplace integrations span all four major Nordic markets: FINN.no in Norway (the "Fiks ferdig" embedded checkout product, launched in spring 2023), Tori.fi in Finland, DBA.dk in Denmark, and Plick.se and Blocket.se in Sweden.

Premiums for each insured product category reprice monthly based on that category's live claims ratio. The company's website states it is approaching 1,000,000 insured second-hand items sold and cites a 4.9-star customer rating; a separate, undated search result put monthly policy volume at more than 40,000 policies, a figure not reconciled with the website's cumulative count.
