Tap Insure is a digital retail insurance brokerage offering direct-to-consumer insurance products through a mobile application in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Launched by PasarPolis in 2022, the platform enables consumers to purchase and manage insurance policies using only a phone number and OTP verification, without requiring physical agents or complex registration processes.

The company distributes travel insurance and personal accident coverage, with a vehicle extended warranty product added in 2024 through a partnership with WSI (Warranty Services International). Policies are underwritten by PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia, with Tap Insure serving as the licensed digital distribution channel. The mobile app is available on both iOS and Android platforms across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Tap Insure operates within the PasarPolis ecosystem -- PasarPolis provides the underlying insurance technology infrastructure and maintains relationships with more than 40 digital ecosystem partners across Southeast Asia. The D2C brand was created to reach consumers who lack accessible insurance options, targeting underserved segments in Indonesia through fully digital purchase and claims workflows.
