The platform offers online comparison and purchase of business insurance policies, operating fully digitally without agents or paper-based processes. It positions itself as the first digital broker in Romania dedicated exclusively to SME commercial insurance.
The brokerage covers a broad range of SME segments, including restaurants, retail shops, hotels, medical clinics, beauty salons, offices, production businesses, and other commercial operators. Policies can be activated entirely online, with the company partnering with established carriers such as Generali, Asirom, Uniqa, Allianz, and Easy.Insure to offer coverage options.
Siguu was founded by Dante Stein and is led by CEO Diana Enachescu. The company raised approximately EUR 500,000 in seed funding from the Stein family and a group of local and international angel investors. It targets the underserved segment of Romania's SME market, where commercial insurance penetration through digital channels has historically been low.
