The company processes quotes in under 30 seconds and supports end-to-end digital policy issuance, payment, and claims management. Its mobile application enables policyholders to file claims via video call, track incidents in real time, and manage renewals. Roojai transitioned from a brokerage model to a full-stack carrier in 2024 following the acquisition of FWD General Insurance Thailand in 2023 and its subsequent rebranding as Roojai Insurance. In 2024, the company also acquired DirectAsia Thailand from Hiscox Group, consolidating its Thai market presence. Its Indonesian subsidiary operates as an MGA distributing through Sompo Insurance.
