Rendin is a home rental platform that replaces the traditional security deposit with a tech-enabled guarantee backed by insurance from ERGO Insurance SE (Munich Re Group). Active in Estonia and Poland, Rendin enables deposit-free renting by replacing the upfront security deposit with a monthly service fee of 4% of rent, while providing landlords with protection against unpaid rent (up to 3 months) and property damage (up to 10 times monthly rent).
