Q4intelligence (Q4i) is a coaching and professional development firm dedicated to transforming independent insurance and employee benefits agencies. Co-founded in 2009 by Kevin Trokey and Wendy Keneipp, Q4i helps agency owners, producers, and account managers build better businesses by shifting from a product-distribution model to a consultative, value-driven approach.
The firm operates the Q4i Online Platform and its flagship Goose community, which provides structured education, sales training, coaching, and peer accountability for employee benefits professionals.
