Protecdiv

Protecdiv is the first tier-one minority-led insurance and reinsurance brokerage in the United States. Founded in 2018 by T. Kael Coleman and Paul C. Little, the company's name is derived from a combination of "process," "technology," and "diversity," reflecting the three pillars at the core of its business model. Protecdiv is a full-service specialty P&C brokerage and MBE-certified firm targeting Fortune 2000 companies, government entities, and large specialty insurers. The company became the first minority-led broker to achieve licensure across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. in 2021.
