Property and Liability Resource Bureau
Overview
The Property and Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB) is a not-for-profit national trade association serving the property and casualty insurance industry. PLRB was formed in 1997 through the merger of two predecessor organizations: the Property Loss Research Bureau and the Liability Insurance Research Bureau. The organization provides insurers, MGAs, service providers, and outside counsel with legal resources, educational services, research support, and data tools related to property, liability, and auto claims. With membership exceeding 1,000 companies representing over two-thirds of all US P&C premiums, PLRB is one of the most comprehensive claims-focused industry resources in the United States.
