Overview

Producerflow is a producer compliance and distribution management platform for insurance carriers, MGAs, and agencies. The platform automates producer onboarding, license management, appointment processing, and compliance monitoring across all US states, replacing manual workflows that have historically dominated insurance distribution operations.

The platform integrates with the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) to automate appointment submissions and license verification. It provides REST APIs and webhooks for connecting to CRM systems, e-signature tools, and background check services, enabling end-to-end automation of the producer lifecycle. The platform reports 99% uptime and has processed over 500,000 licenses.

Producerflow was spun out of insurtech company Agentero in early 2025 after carriers requested access to the internal tooling Agentero had built for its own producer management operations. The platform serves customers including Branch.com and Covertree, and in 2026 was recognized with a Stevie Award for Insurance Solution of the Year.
