Prenetics Global Limited is a Hong Kong-based health sciences company founded in 2014 by Danny Yeung. Originally established to provide genomic testing services to insurance companies, Prenetics has expanded into consumer genomics, multi-cancer early detection, and personalized health solutions. The company began by supplying non-clinical genetic test kits to insurers in Asia, who distributed them to policyholders, before pivoting to direct-to-consumer and clinical genomics. Prenetics went public on Nasdaq via a SPAC merger in 2022.
