PEAK6 InsurTech is the insurance technology arm of PEAK6 Investments LLC, an American financial services firm founded over 25 years ago with roots in options proprietary trading at the Chicago Board of Trade. PEAK6 InsurTech brings technology-driven solutions and strategic investment to the insurance sector.
PEAK6's insurance operations include ownership and technology development for insurance-focused portfolio companies, including Team Focus Insurance Group, We Insure, and National Flood Services (NFS, with a minority stake retained after UniFi Group acquisition). PEAK6 moved its global headquarters from Chicago to Austin, Texas on January 1, 2025.
