Panta is an AI-native commercial insurance brokerage serving hard-to-place industrial and specialty businesses in the United States.

The company places coverage for contractors and subcontractors, trucking and logistics fleets, manufacturers, and hospitality and venue operators, much of which is declined by standard-market carriers and instead placed in the excess and surplus (E&S) lines market. Panta is licensed across 40+ states in both admitted and surplus lines and has handled 1,000+ cases since entering production in December 2025.

Founded in 2024 by Vincent Chen (CEO, formerly of Google) and Frank Wang (CTO, formerly of Apple), Panta built proprietary AI agents that navigate carrier portals, complete applications, and negotiate quotes across 100+ carriers in parallel, reducing policy placement time from an industry-typical seven days to as little as four hours, with a 48-hour median time to first quote for in-appetite accounts. The company is a member of Y Combinator's Winter 2026 (W26) cohort and earns standard carrier commissions with no separate fee charged to clients.
