The company offers medical, motor, property, life, home, and inland cargo insurance, working with carrier partners including Allianz, AXA, Arope, Libano-Suisse, Orient Insurance, Royal Insurance, and Sarwa. Its client base spans FMCG, pharmaceutical, and startup employers, covering more than 60,000 insured employees; its medical portfolio alone covers over 10,000 members.
Mal Bazaar's online platform lets customers compare quotes from multiple carriers in English or Arabic, and its native iOS and Android apps support claims submission and document upload. In 2024 the company launched My Policy, a corporate policy management platform, and acquired a licensed insurance brokerage firm to move from a platform-only model to a full-service brokerage. Investors include the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Y Combinator, DisrupTech Ventures, and Sunny Side Venture Partners.
