LogRock was founded in 2021 by Hunter Yaw (CEO) and Joao Bosco (COO), both formerly of freight-technology company Loadsmart. The company has raised roughly USD 20M in total funding, including a 2022 seed round led by Dynamo Ventures and a 2025 equity round that included Intact Financial, and describes itself as a top-10 truck insurance broker by volume.
