HomeServe USA is a leading provider of home emergency repair service plans in North America, helping homeowners protect against unexpected and costly home repairs. Originally founded in the UK in 1993 by Richard Harpin, HomeServe launched its US operations in 2003 and has grown to serve millions of American and Canadian homeowners.

HomeServe USA partners with utilities, municipalities, and associations to offer affordable repair and maintenance plans covering water lines, sewer lines, electrical systems, HVAC, and other home systems. The company makes a repair in a customer's home every 34 seconds and has completed more than USD 2 billion in repairs for US homeowners.

In January 2023, HomeServe PLC (the UK parent) was acquired by Brookfield Asset Management for GBP 4.08 billion, taking the company private.
