Finfo (operated by Outu Technology Co., Ltd.) is an insurance comparison and brokerage platform serving individual consumers in Taiwan. Founded in 2017 and based in Taipei, the company holds a broker license under Article 9 of Taiwan's Insurance Act, which lets it represent policyholders in dealings with multiple insurance companies rather than acting as a single-carrier agent.

The platform aggregates policy data spanning life, endowment, and investment-linked insurance alongside health and medical coverage (actual-expense reimbursement, cancer, critical illness), disability, accident, auto and motorcycle, travel, and pet insurance, drawing on a product database that a third-party directory lists at more than 11,000 products. Through a patented (Taiwan patent M544061) comparison engine, users combine coverage options, run premium calculations, and view 30-year premium trajectories; the platform also offers curated policy bundles built for specific life situations, such as newborn or child coverage. Auto, motorcycle, and travel policies can be purchased online directly through the platform.

Finfo reports more than 300,000 registered members and says it ranks first in Google search results for "insurance" (保險) in Taiwan; earlier third-party figures citing 458,000 to 583,000 members date to 2023 and should be treated as a historical peak rather than a current count. In July 2023, Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission fined Outu Technology TWD 900,000 under Insurance Act Article 167-1 Section 3 for operating as an unlicensed insurance broker before it held the appropriate license; later coverage describes the company as a properly licensed broker under Article 9, consistent with its current status. The company was a cohort-3 participant in the FinTechBase accelerator and remains bootstrapped, with no equity funding round disclosed.
