Founded in 2018 by Ahmad S. Hasibuan and Nia Kurnianingsih, the company formalized its brokerage operations in October 2019 through the acquisition of PT. Manggala Artha Sejahtera, an established brokerage firm, to obtain the required regulatory license.

EzyPolis integrates with airline booking flows and corporate partner platforms to offer embedded insurance at the point of sale. Its B2B2C channel is anchored by a partnership with PT Citilink Indonesia, through which it distributes the Royal Green travel insurance product -- including emergency medical evacuation, accident, and COVID-19 coverage -- to Citilink passengers, underwritten by PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo).
