Everspan Group is a participatory fronting carrier and specialty program insurer operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Octave Specialty Group (formerly Ambac Financial Group, NYSE: OSG). Founded in February 2021, the company distributes specialty property and casualty capacity through a network of managing general agents and program administrators in the United States.

Everspan operates through multiple admitted and surplus lines entities, including Everspan Insurance Company and Everspan Indemnity Insurance Company (both Arizona-domiciled), along with Providence Washington Insurance Company, Greenwood Insurance Company, and Consolidated Specialty Insurance Company -- three carriers acquired in 2022. The company holds capital in excess of USD 100 million and acts as a licensed vehicle connecting program distributors with global reinsurance capital and insurance-linked securities market participants.

Everspan carries an AM Best Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and has demonstrated significant premium growth, with Q1 2026 gross premiums written of USD 104 million (up 19% year over year) and net premiums written of USD 32 million (up 80% year over year). Cumulative program production exceeded USD 340 million as of Q2 2025, representing 110% year-over-year growth.
