Overview

Enablia is an Italian multi-line MGA and insurance enablement company serving automotive, banking, and other affinity distribution sectors in Italy. The company launched June 30, 2025, when J.C. Flowers & Co. rebranded its two acquired Italian wefox subsidiaries -- wefox MGA Srl and wefox Services Italy Srl -- into a unified independent entity.

The company operates across four integrated business lines: MGA underwriting and policy administration, technology provision via an API-ready multi-tenant SaaS platform, third-party administration (TPA) services covering claims settlement and complaint handling, and strategic distribution consulting for partners that want to embed insurance without native insurance operations. This integrated model means Enablia can serve a single affinity partner end-to-end, from product design through claims resolution.

Enablia is part of the J.C. Flowers-backed OneItalia Alliance, a group of Italian insurance intermediaries that also includes Consulbrokers, Intermedia, Etisicura, ProBoker, and Caleas. As of May 2026, Enablia holds senior member status at the Italian Insurtech Association (IIA), one of 11 senior members among 207 total member companies.
