Efficient Insurance Solutions (EIS) is a Polish consumer electronics and white goods claims management MGA with delegated underwriting authority, serving insurance carriers through a technology-enabled affinity distribution platform. Founded in 2008 in Gdansk, the company has grown to approximately 200 employees organized across Claims, Customer Service, IT, and Business Support departments.

EIS holds carrier agreements with UNIQA, Link4, and ERGO Hestia, providing delegated claims handling and administration across consumer electronics, white goods, automotive, property, and life insurance lines. The company operates a proprietary automation platform featuring 38 voicebots that handle claims intake, processing, and customer service, enabling it to process 302,000 monthly operations and over 2.4 million cumulative cases.

Distribution runs through an affinity channel embedded within major Polish electronics retailers -- EuroRTVAGD, Mediaexpert, and Komputronik -- bundling insurance products at point of sale under EIS's MGA framework. In December 2025, Acrisure, the US-based global fintech and insurance group with nearly USD 5 billion in revenue and operations in 24 countries, agreed to acquire 100% of EIS equity in a stock transaction described as one of the largest M&A swap deals in Poland in 2025, with EIS entering Acrisure's Central and Eastern Europe expansion strategy.
